On the morning of July 26th, the National Day of Mourning for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, we respectfully remember and mourn the passing of Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam - an exemplary communist soldier, an outstanding, exemplary, loyal, and representative disciple of President Ho Chi Minh, one of the most outstanding leaders of our Party and people; on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024); To commemorate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee (July 29, 1930 – July 29, 2024), a delegation from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Do Trong Hung, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, laid wreaths and offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area, the Temple of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Martyrs, the Monument to the Victorious Youth Volunteers, the Memorial Area for teachers and students who sacrificed their lives at the Song Ma River dike, the Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery, and the Yen Truong Revolutionary Historical Relic Area.

Ninety-four years ago, on July 29, 1930, at the home of Comrade Le Van Sy in Yen Truong village, Tho Lap commune, the Provincial Party Committee was established. This was based on the merger of the first three Communist Party branches of the Provincial Party Committee: Ham Ha Branch (Dong Son), Thieu Hoa Branch, and Tho Xuan Branch (Tho Lap commune, Tho Xuan district), marking a turning point in the revolutionary movement of Thanh Hoa province.

Immediately after its establishment, the Provincial Party Committee raised the banner of leadership in the revolutionary struggle, becoming a milestone in the history of the province's revolutionary movement.
