Groundbreaking ceremony of Cat Hanh Industrial Park, total investment capital of nearly 433 billion VND

(GLO)- On the morning of August 19, in Hoa Hoi commune, Saigon-Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for Cat Hanh Industrial Cluster. Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep attended and performed the groundbreaking ceremony of the project.

The Cat Hanh Industrial Cluster Project has a total area of ​​70 hectares, located in Tan Hoa Nam village, Hoa Hoi commune. The main objective is to invest in construction and business of industrial cluster infrastructure, focusing on attracting investment in industries such as processing of agricultural and forestry products; production of interior and exterior furniture from wood, plastic, metal, recycled materials; production of garments, weaving, dyeing; production of textile accessories, components, precision mechanics, automobiles; production of packaging, industrial printing; production of energy pellets, organic fertilizers, microbial fertilizers; warehouse business and other industries.

With a total investment of VND 432,905 billion, the project will operate for 50 years from the date the Provincial People's Committee decides to lease the land. The implementation progress is clearly planned and will be completed and put into operation in December 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep emphasized: Investing in the construction of modern and synchronous industrial clusters is one of the key tasks in the province's industrial development strategy to create clean land to attract secondary investment projects; promote economic restructuring; create more jobs, increase budget revenue and improve people's lives.

The groundbreaking of Cat Hanh Industrial Park after a short period of investment promotion is a clear demonstration of the province's efforts in attracting investment.
