Specifically, traders in Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, Bac Giang , and Hung Yen are purchasing live pigs at 66,000 VND/kg, which is recorded as the highest price in the region.
Traders in Lao Cai and Ninh Binh are buying live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, the lowest price in the region.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 65,000 VND/kg.
Latest live pig prices in the Central Highlands region
In this area, the price of live pigs today decreased by 1,000 VND/kg and fluctuated between 61,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.
Specifically, after reducing the price, traders in Binh Thuan are purchasing live pigs at 62,000 VND/kg, equal to that in Ninh Thuan, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam , and Thua Thien Hue.
Traders in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, and Lam Dong provinces are purchasing live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today decreased sporadically by 1,000 VND in some localities and fluctuated between 61,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.
After reducing the price, traders in Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, An Giang, and Tien Giang are purchasing live pigs at 63,000 VND/kg, equal to the price in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Kien Giang, Tra Vinh, and Soc Trang.
