On the morning of May 1, according to the Thang Long Project Management Board, the unit coordinated with the Department of Transport to inspect and evaluate the technical aspects of traffic safety items and agreed to reopen the Dong Thang (Trieu Son) intersection connecting to the Mai Son - National Highway 45 expressway to serve people traveling during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.

Previously, on April 23, the Thanh Hoa Department of Transport issued Notice No. 27/TB-SGTVT on the temporary suspension of the operation of the two intersections Dong Thang (Trieu Son) and Thieu Giang (Thieu Hoa) on the North-South expressway, East section Mai Son - National Highway 45. At the same time, it requested the investors of the intersections to urgently complete the project items to put the intersections into operation as soon as possible.
