Provincial leaders work with Techtra Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company on project implementation progress.

(DN) - On July 23, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc chaired a meeting with departments, branches and localities to listen to Techtra Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company report on the progress of project implementation in Dong Nai province.

Currently, Techtra Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is interested in, proposing to invest in and implementing 3 projects in Dong Nai province. Specifically, Component Project 1: Investment in the construction of the North-South Expressway, West section, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong before merger) - Chon Thanh ( Binh Phuoc before merger) under the public-private partnership (PPP) method. For this project, the investor is organizing the selection of contractors; conducting survey work, preparing technical design documents, preparing the site for the groundbreaking ceremony, striving to complete the work and start the project on August 19, 2025.

The second project is Dong Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park in Tan Loi and Dong Phu communes, which has been approved by the People's Committee of the former Binh Phuoc province for survey with an area of about 2,000 hectares. The company has taken steps according to regulations and submitted a survey report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Economic Zone Management Board since June 25, 2025. At the same time, the investor is proposing to access a land area of about 310 hectares near Dong Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park to serve resettlement and social housing construction.

The third project is a golf course combined with an urban area, tourism services and resort in Nha Bich commune, which has been approved by the People's Committee of the former Binh Phuoc province for the task and budget estimate for the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan for phase 1 with an area of 177 hectares. The Department of Construction is urgently coordinating with investors and related units to complete the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan documents to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval.

At the meeting, the investor proposed a number of issues to the locality. Specifically, for the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway Project, the province should promptly implement site clearance, ensuring the handover of at least 70% of the cleared site before August 10, prioritizing the 2km section to be prepared for construction immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony. The company wishes to coordinate directly with a specialized team of the province with the participation of provincial leaders to speed up the field progress. In addition, there are issues in preparing sources of raw materials, sand, stone, and soil for project construction...

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc suggested: For the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway Project, the communes where the project passes through are responsible for propagating and mobilizing people to support the project, respond and coordinate in site clearance; proactively resettle people affected by the project. The investor coordinates with departments, branches and units to calculate solutions for exploiting sources of soil, rock, sand for filling and construction. This is a large project, playing a role in promoting the local and inter-regional economy and is of great concern to the Government, therefore, during the implementation process, any problems and issues that arise must be proactively grasped by the relevant parties and promptly reported to the provincial leaders for resolution.

For the remaining two projects, Dong Nam Dong Phu Industrial Park and Golf Course combined with urban area, tourism services and resorts in Nha Bich commune, departments, branches and localities, based on assigned tasks, will coordinate with investors to deploy and complete documents and procedures. At the same time, research and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve the investor's recommendations.
