Through the settlement of complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections, it was recommended to recover 169 million VND and more than 2,432 square meters of land for the State; return 4,119 square meters of land to individuals; restore and ensure the rights of 1 organization and 19 individuals; recommend administrative handling of 14 individuals; and transfer 1 case to the Investigation Agency for consideration and handling.
Specifically, 246/291 complaints under its jurisdiction have been resolved, reaching a rate of 84.5% (an increase of 9% compared to 2023); 46/53 denunciations under its jurisdiction have been resolved, reaching a rate of 86.8% (an increase of 10.5% compared to 2023).
