In 2024, the whole Quang Nam province resolved 5,921 complaints and denunciations.

Through the settlement of complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections, it was recommended to recover 169 million VND and more than 2,432m2 of land for the State; return 4,119m2 of land to individuals; restore and ensure the rights of 1 organization and 19 individuals; recommend administrative handling of 14 individuals; and transfer 1 case to the Investigation Agency for consideration and handling.

Specifically, 246/291 complaints under its jurisdiction have been resolved, reaching a rate of 84.5% (an increase of 9% compared to 2023); 46/53 denunciations under its jurisdiction have been resolved, reaching a rate of 86.8% (an increase of 10.5% compared to 2023).
