Collect 0 VND for fees and charges under the authority of An Giang Provincial People's Council when organizations and individuals request to resolve administrative procedures through online public services.

People handle administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center of Tinh Bien Ward ( An Giang )

This is stipulated in Resolution No. 14/2025/NQ-HDND dated June 27, 2025 of the An Giang Provincial People's Council stipulating the collection rate of 0 VND for fees and charges under the decision-making authority of the An Giang Provincial People's Council when providing online public services in the province. This Resolution has been decided to continue to be applied by the An Giang Provincial People's Council (after the merger).

The subjects of application are organizations and individuals who have requests to resolve administrative procedures through online public services in the province; agencies and organizations that resolve administrative procedures through online public services in the province; other organizations and individuals related to the collection of fees and charges when performing online public services in An Giang province.

The State budget ensures and arranges in the estimates of agencies and organizations to cover the operating costs of providing public services, collecting fees and charges arising according to the regime and norms of State budget expenditure due to the collection of 0 VND fees and charges when performing online public services in An Giang province.
