Ho Chi Minh City organizes first event connecting thousands of preschool teachers

On August 29, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with the People's Committee of Binh Chanh District to organize the Festival of Connecting and Developing Preschool Education . This activity was held for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City and attracted thousands of teachers to participate.

At the festival, there were 38 units operating in the field of education participating. Each unit is an exhibition area of educational connection activities with a variety of products, from advanced methods, information technology applications in the field of preschool education to documents, learning materials, preschool equipment, and physical development content in the field.

Ms. Le Thuy My Chau, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, said that the festival was organized to promote the activeness of preschool education institutions in connecting with units operating in the field of education. Through that, schools innovate educational methods for children in a modern direction, promoting positivity, proactiveness, creativity, and applying skills for children in accordance with the preschool education program.

Ms. Chau suggested that leaders of the Department of Education and Training of districts, towns, and Thu Duc City should review the highlights through the reports and booths at the festival. From there, localities can guide schools to apply the appropriate content to contribute to improving the quality of child care and education better and better.
