Security tightened before the opening day of the 33rd SEA Games
Tomorrow (December 9), the opening ceremony of the 33rd Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) will officially take place, marking the beginning of the largest sports festival in the region. To ensure absolute safety for the large number of athletes, high-ranking officials from various countries and fans, security at the "fire pit" Rajamangala is being tightened.
According to the reporter's records on December 8, the working atmosphere of the functional forces in front of and around Rajamangala Stadium is extremely urgent. Many police officers from the bomb squad were present at the Thai national stadium, especially at the gate area, checking tickets to enter the stadium.

At the entrance gates, which will welcome a large number of spectators on the opening day of the 33rd SEA Games, police officers are carefully assembling and checking the equipment system. The baggage scanners and security gates are all strictly tuned to ensure the highest sensitivity, not missing any metal objects or suspicious explosives.
Notably, the host country's level of vigilance is also demonstrated by the deployment of equipment such as armored vehicles that have also appeared in the Rajamangala stadium. The image of this "mobile fortress" along with a dense police patrol force shows that Thailand is not subjective and has prepared for emergency scenarios.
