New solution to help manage restaurants and cafes effectively

DNVN - Sapo recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Gojek to connect Sapo FnB restaurant and cafe management software with Gojek's GoFood order management platform.

Cooperate to bring optimal and easy-to-use operational solutions in the FnB industry, businesses only need to use one software to manage orders from multiple platforms. Sapo FnB becomes the first software on the market to connect synchronously with multiple online food ordering platforms.

Sapo FnB software will integrate order management features from Gojek such as receiving orders, tracking GoFood orders, summarizing revenue reports, synchronizing menus... creating a seamless experience, optimizing business processes for restaurant owners.

The software helps synchronize food information, orders, and order processing between platforms quickly, helping restaurants and eateries effectively manage their culinary business operations. In addition, it increases concentration and stability when all information from multiple sales channels, including Gojek's GoFood sales channel, is integrated into a single sales management channel, Sapo FnB. Restaurants and eateries significantly reduce order tracking devices on each platform.

From March 11, restaurant, eatery, and cafe owners can register to use the order receiving and order management feature of GoFood right on the Sapo FnB software or mobile application. Customers who are using Sapo FnB and register to open a booth on GoFood will receive preferential service fees and the booth registration application review time will be shortened.
