Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to allow the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district to sign an international agreement with the Government Committee of Tha Teng district with the main contents, including: Minutes of the 2024 Annual Conference on cooperation contents for the period 2025 - 2028. The signing subject is Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district Huynh Xuan

After signing the international agreement, the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district shall report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Foreign Affairs) in writing and at the same time send the Department of Foreign Affairs a copy of the international agreement for notification within 15 days from the date the international agreement is signed.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district to be responsible for properly implementing the contents stipulated in Decree No. 64 of the Government , Official Dispatch No. 4146 of the Provincial People's Committee; be responsible for the Lao translation of the signed documents; develop plans and organize the implementation of international agreements to ensure effectiveness; periodically report the status of signing and implementing international agreements to the Department of Foreign Affairs in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Foreign Affairs is responsible for monitoring and guiding the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district in signing and implementing international agreements and managing signing activities; posting international agreements and periodically synthesizing and reporting on the status of international agreement work according to regulations.
