On July 11, the Investigation Security Agency of Quang Ngai Provincial Police executed an arrest warrant for temporary detention and a search warrant for the residence of PVL (born in 2002, residing in Song Ve Residential Group, Song Ve Town, Tu Nghia District) for the act of "Making, storing, and disseminating information and documents aimed at opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" as prescribed in Article 117 of the Penal Code.
Accordingly, PVL used his personal Facebook account to join a reactionary group, regularly posting, sharing, and commenting on articles with distorted content, slandering and insulting leaders, and supporting reactionary organizations...
