(Dan Tri) - Thuan An City Police identified 5 subjects appearing in the clip of a female student being beaten, this group has signs of being charged with the crime of Intentional Infliction of Injury.

Regarding the clip that was spread on social networks showing a group of teenagers beating up a female student, on November 30, Thuan An City Police ( Binh Duong ) said that they had identified 5 subjects and were continuing to clarify the remaining people.

Through initial verification, KV (born 2011) is a 7th grade student at Nguyen Van Tiet Secondary School, Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An City.

The location of the incident was identified as a house on Binh Nham 03 Street, Binh Thuan Quarter, Binh Nham Ward, Thuan An City.

According to initial investigation information, around April, V. had a conflict with a group of teenagers. Afterwards, about 10 people made an appointment to meet V., beat the victim, and used a cell phone to record the incident.

In November, V. continued to be threatened by the group of teenagers, so he told his mother about the incident. On November 28, a video recorded by one of the teenagers was released online.

It is known that the group of teenagers who beat V. were between the ages of 12 and 16. Some went to the same school as V., some had dropped out of school and were working.

Based on the collected documents and evidence, Thuan An City Police found that the case was serious and showed signs of the crime of Intentional Infliction of Injury.
