Health & Life Newspaper launches the second contest "I am healthier and more beautiful"

The I am healthier and more beautiful contest is an initiative of Health & Life Newspaper, first launched in August 2022 with the goal of mobilizing the entire population to participate in exercise and nutrition practices to improve health, aiming to reduce the burden of disease, improve the stature, physical strength and intelligence of Vietnamese people.

After 3 months of organization, ending on November 30, 2022, the first competition attracted thousands of candidates to participate, creating a widespread training movement in the community, spreading touching and inspiring stories.

Continuing that success, on September 6, 2023, Health and Life Newspaper, with the support of Herbalife Vietnam, continued to launch the second I am healthier and more beautiful contest.

Speaking at the ceremony, journalist Tran Tuan Linh - Editor-in-Chief of Health and Life Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest said: "Each contestant's experience story will be a message, spreading the spirit of practicing proper nutrition, scientific exercise, thereby forming healthy habits and lifestyles, proactively preventing diseases, and improving health".

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Thuan - Deputy Minister of Health praised the initiative of Health & Life Newspaper and the companionship of Herbalife Vietnam in the first contest. The leader of the Ministry of Health commented that the contest had a great influence in the community, contributing to the overall success of the health sector in communicating to raise people's awareness of exercising and improving health.

"The most meaningful thing about the contest is that it not only changes the exercise habits and nutrition practices of the direct participants but also has a great impact on the community. And above all, its influence does not stop at the final award ceremony. Thousands and tens of thousands of people, whether they win the prize or not, have become a healthy community to continue to exercise together," Mr. Tran Van Thuan emphasized.
