On July 1, news from the Traffic Police Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police said that the Traffic Police force had just promptly assisted a pregnant woman to go to the Medical Center to safely give birth.

Initial information, at around 4:50 a.m. on July 1, a working group of Traffic Police Team No. 5, Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police, led by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Sy Triu, was patrolling on Ho Chi Minh Road (section through Quang Tin Commune) when they discovered a pregnant couple stopping their motorbike on the side of the road.
The traffic police stopped the car to inquire and learned that the husband was Mr. Lau A Minh (born in 1999) and the pregnant woman was named Ly Thi Song (born in 2000, residing in Dak Ngo commune, Lam Dong province). The couple were on their way to the hospital to give birth when Ms. Song had a stomachache and had to stop on the side of the road.

Immediately, the traffic police used a car to take Minh and Song to Kien Duc Commune Health Center to give birth. When they arrived at the gate of the Commune Health Center, Song suddenly gave birth in the car.
A traffic police officer who personally drove Song and her husband to Kien Duc Commune Health Center said that his colleagues encouraged Song to try to get to the hospital to safely give birth, but she was too late. Fortunately, Song and her baby were still safe and sound.
