The Ninh Binh City Party Committee is implementing and disseminating documents from the Central Government and the province.

On the morning of May 14th, the Ninh Binh City Party Committee held a conference of key officials to disseminate and implement documents from the Central Government, the province, and the city.

At the conference, delegates listened to leaders of the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee, and speakers disseminate and implement: Directive No. 27-CT/TW, dated December 25, 2023, of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over the work of practicing thrift and combating waste; Directive No. 29-CT/TW, dated January 5, 2024, of the Politburo on universal education, compulsory education, adult literacy, and promoting student streaming in general education; Directive No. 25-CT/TW, dated October 25, 2023, of the Secretariat on continuing to consolidate, improve, and enhance the quality of grassroots health care in the new situation; and Conclusion No. 70-KL/TW, dated January 31, 2024, of the Politburo on the development of physical education and sports in the new period. Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW, dated October 10, 2023, of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new era; Directive No. 28-CT/TW, dated December 25, 2023, of the Politburo on strengthening the care, education, and protection of children to meet the requirements of a prosperous and happy country; Conclusion No. 69-KL/TW, dated January 11, 2024, of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW, dated November 1, 2012, of the Central Committee of the 11th Party Congress on the development of science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration; Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW, dated December 20, 2023, of the Politburo on reforming and improving the quality of the Vietnam Farmers' Association to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period; Regulation No. 131-QĐ/TW, dated October 27, 2023, of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing corruption and negative phenomena in inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party and in inspection and auditing activities.

The conference also heard presentations and discussions on Resolution No. 18-NQ/TU, dated March 27, 2024, of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on building model ward police stations in terms of security, order, and urban civilization for the period 2024-2030. Simultaneously, discussions were held on draft plans for implementing directives and resolutions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Ninh Binh City Party Committee leader requested that following the conference, key city officials, commune and ward Party committees, subordinate Party committees, and relevant agencies and units be instructed to organize the dissemination and implementation of central and provincial documents in a manner appropriate to the actual conditions of each commune, ward, agency, and unit. They should actively and proactively develop implementation programs and plans; clearly assign responsibilities to each agency, unit, and individual to ensure feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness.

The Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, in coordination with relevant departments and localities, regularly urges, inspects, and supervises subordinate Party committees and organizations, as well as cadres and Party members, in implementing documents from the Central and provincial levels…
