In order to promote the image, culture and typical products of the locality, Quang Ngai province will participate in the culinary booth "Green culinary train" at the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness taking place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi.
Quang Ngai's culinary booth will introduce many traditional dishes and typical specialties such as don, leaf salad, ginseng dishes, along with many OCOP and clean agricultural products.
The highlight is the “Sea Taste – Forest Soul” experience space, where visitors can enjoy unique flavors, watch artisans perform food preparation and learn about Quang Ngai culinary culture.
Organizing experiential activities: "Sea taste - forest soul" space shares the origin and stories associated with Quang Ngai cuisine; space to experience and enjoy OCOP products, instructing on how to prepare some special dishes with typical flavors from local ingredients for diners to enjoy and experience.
The Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion – the implementing unit – will complete the booth decoration before the opening day and operate it throughout the exhibition.
The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province requested relevant departments, branches and units to coordinate in promoting communication, contributing to attracting a large number of tourists to visit and experience the booth, thereby widely promoting the image of Quang Ngai - a land rich in cultural identity, friendly and hospitable.
